Learn how to ‘set your painting stage’ using Value, Hue and Chroma. Chroma, or intensity of color, can direct your eye to the main star of your story (High Chroma), and also be a supporting cast member (Low Chroma). You’ll direct the show by placing each one in their respective “roles”, thereby developing a more dynamic painting.
