Help Art Thrive in Your Community!

Investing in local arts pays dividends for Westerville—studies show arts-rich communities foster stronger social bonds, bolster mental well-being, and spur economic growth by drawing residents, businesses, and tourists. Every performance, mural, or educational art grant generates ripple effects—from enhancing student learning and cross-generational unity to increasing foot traffic and revenue for local shops and restaurants. By supporting the Arts Council, you’re not just backing creativity—you’re actively shaping a more connected, prosperous, and culturally rich Westerville.

Always Seeking Board and Committee Members

We are currently accepting candidates for positions on our Executive Board and our sub-committees. Board service and committee leadership are dynamic and rewarding ways to give back through volunteerism while shaping the future of our organization.

Serving either of these roles means more than attending meetings. It’s about:

  • Providing organizational oversight

  • Guarding and advancing our mission

  • Casting vision for the future

  • Growing as a leader

  • Expanding your professional and peer networks

Board and committee leadership service offers a unique opportunity to build leadership skills, develop new expertise, and make connections with fellow community members, professionals, and thought leaders. If this aligns with your passion for the arts and your desire to lead, board service might be right for you.

Westerville Saturday Farmers Market

The Arts Council of Westerville joins the Westerville Farmers Market once a month, bringing free art activities and sharing ways to get involved in our local arts community. We are excited to join this vibrant collection of local vendors, fresh produce, artisan goods, and community connections.

Lend a hand at an upcoming market - July 19th, August 9th, September 13th.
